As a graduate teaching assistant with Tradewind you'll have the opportunity to join a variety of mainstream schools and support, as well as support pupils with a variety of learning needs in different areas. These roles offer the potential to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while also growing your own skills and expertise.

Based in one school, your responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant will include supporting teachers with lesson planning and preparation, supporting students with SEN, delivering small group and one-to-one interventions, leading classroom activities, and providing administrative support to teachers as required.

We are looking for applications from those with a minimum of a 2:1 degree (any subject) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a passion for education, the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, and a flexible and adaptable approach to work. While previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, it is not essential but a positive and upbeat attitude is key!

Depending on the role, school and your experience, the day rate for this position will be between £85 - £115 p /day.
