As a graduate teaching assistant, you will have the potential to work with mainstream and core subject classes and support across the schools superb SEN team, supporting students with a range of learning needs in a variety of areas. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while also developing your own skills and expertise.

Responsibilities of the role include assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation, supporting students with SEN, delivering small group and one-to-one interventions, leading classroom activities, and providing administrative support to teachers as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree in any subject area, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for education, the ability to work well in a team and independently, and a flexible and adaptable approach to work. While previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, it is not essential.

Depending on relevant experience and the school, the day rate will be between £80-£115.
