Graduate Recruitment Resourcer. A London/Bristol based recruitment agency are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer / Telesales Executive. This role is a hybrid or in office position which can move to fully remote for the right candidate.

The Graduate Recruitment Resourcer / Telesales Executive will be tasked with resourcing candidates from online job boards, searching CV databases, advertising positions and qualifying suitable candidates for submission to clients. The role will involve a mix of CV searching and speaking to candidates and clients to sell in candidates and coordinate diaries and book interviews.

The Graduate Recruitment Resourcer will be degree educated, will need some relevant recruitment related experience or telesales experience or both and can be based in either London or Bristol. Please only apply if you live in either or these cities.

The Graduate Recruitment Resourcer position will initially pay £16ph + commission. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9:00-18:00, Friday 9:00-17:00
