Our client is seeking an ambitious, driven trainee or recent Graduate who will be the perfect fit for their friendly, supportive team in their brand-new Edinburgh office.

Established over 2 decades ago, my client specialises in the food and drink manufacturing sector; you’ll be joining the team at a pivotal moment as they broaden their horizons and tap into the equally lucrative sectors of Renewable Energy, Chemical, and Cosmetics.

You will be surrounded by like-minded professionals who are in earshot to give you advice or help should you need it. Your co-workers have achieved some amazing results to celebrate their success whilst working here including incentive trips and promotion opportunities which they will be more than happy to tell you about.

To be considered you must:

· Must have been to university and graduated in the last 4 years

· Have a natural sales ability, but understands how to not come across as too "salesy"

· Must have strong communication and verbal skills to oversee the recruitment life cycle and control the outcomes to your benefit

· Have resilience, in Recruitment it is essential to understand not everything will go your way, but you will ride the waves and learn every step of the way

· Have a competitive attitude, a strong desire to succeed will be natural to you and you enjoy working towards goals and then go again.

What your day looks like:

· Attracting, sourcing, and pre-qualifying suitable candidates using tools of the trade

· Using job boards and other avenues to carry out your work to the most effective level

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, you have a way of putting people at ease and enjoy working with people from all backgrounds

· Writing and publishing eye-catching job adverts to attract A-grade talent

· Bringing on new business as an end-to-end recruiter, allowing you to grow in your profession all whilst maximising your earning potential
