Package: £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2) (£80K OTE Year 3)

The Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Account Management
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Networking
• Negotiating
• Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
