Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package - £22-24K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50 OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the countries only Digital Learning Recruitment agencies. This is a very niche market, in which you can become a specialist. The company is small with 15 employees with slow plans to scale with the right people. The client is now looking to bring on a new Trainee consultant. They offer an independent approach to working whilst still offering the one-to-one training you need for success. The client believes in autonomous working, with no micromanagement and the ability to progress quickly.

The Role:

• As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
• Initially a 180 role with potential to progress into business development once you have sound knowledge of the market.

The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 1 Years Sales Experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Financially motivated
• Great communication skills
• String work ethic
• Competitive and ambitious
