Package: £22,000 - £24, 000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K Year 2) (£60K Year 3)

The Role:

• As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
• Bringing onboard new clients and building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiating, influencing, and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.

Requirements:

• Degree educated or 1 Years sales experience
• Confident and outgoing
• Money motivated
• Inherent competitive nature
• Great communication skills
