• Account management
• Business development
• Conducting pre-screening calls with candidates
• Client meetings and lunches
• Arranging interviews on behalf of clients

Graduate recruitment consultant : The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 1 Years Sales Experience or 6+ months recruitment experience
• Strong work ethic
• A financially motivated individual
• Personable
• Excellent communication skills
