Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £22-24K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 3)

Our clients are a fast-growing FinTech recruitment agency that work with high level tech professionals, placing them into Investment banks. Relationships with their clients are already established meaning no cold calling! The office environment is very collaborative as well as being autonomous, not KPI heavy!

If you’re money hungry then this is the right role for you, the average deal size is £28K! Our client offers one of the most lucrative commission structures in the UK, up to 40%!

The Role:

• Outbound calling to generate new business
• Account management of new client wins and building a client base
• Generating and attending client visits
• Advertising vacancies
• Resourcing candidates
