Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Real Estate Market

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K Year 2) (£75K Year 3)

They are looking to add to to their team in their Manchester office after a hugely successful 2023 and start of 2024. They will provide a structured 12 week training plan, giving you the platform for a successful career in recruitment. From here, you will be aligned with a team and provided ongoing coaching and development as you grow in the business!

The Role:

• Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Process management: Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
• Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media
• Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news

The Requirements:

• Recent degree from university or 6 months sales experience.
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Ambitious individuals looking to progress their career quickly.
• Financially and success driven.
• Inherent competitive nature.
• Great communication skills.
• Resilient, hardworking and persuasive.
