Package: £24K-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

• Recent or soon to be graduate or 1 years sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Financially motivated
• Competitive
• A sense of achievement - sport, internships etc
• Work ethic
