£24-26K Basic Salary plus Uncapped Commission plus Incentives - £40K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2 and £70K Year 3

Our client is a market leader in the supply chain and logistics space, operating in both the US and UK markets. They are offering hungry graduates the opportunity to partake in a 12-week bootcamp alongside other likeminded, financially driven individuals - delivered by their inhouse trainer. This bespoke training will take ambitious graduates from recruitment newbies, to trained 360 recruitment professionals!

Graduate Recruiter - The Role

• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Account Management
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Networking and negotiating
