Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Location: Manchester

Salary: £25,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits

Company Overview:

My client is a leading specialist contractor providing through the wall solutions, specialising in drywall, plastering, partitions, MF ceilings, fire protection, SFS, render and insulated external wall and finishing systems.

Job Description:

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency throughout the construction process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough cost analysis and preparing estimates
  • Procuring materials and services within budget constraints
  • Collaborating with project teams to monitor and control costs
  • Performing site visits around the Northwest region, ensuring adherence to project specifications
  • Utilising your expertise in dry lining to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in dry lining
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to travel for site visits as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
