Graduate Connected Car Data Analyst

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Graduate Connected Car Data Analyst for a 12-month contract, and the role comes with a PAYE rate of £18.01 per hour. Inside IR35. This is a hybrid role that will require 3 days per week on site in Cranfield.

As a Graduate Connected Car Data Analyst, you will use ticket management tools to understand the service requests raised by the design team and take necessary actions. You will also use advanced MS Excel techniques, including Power Query, Power Pivot and Power Automation, to manipulate the cloud data

In your first few weeks in this Graduate Connected Car Data Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Monitor the incident tickets in the incident management system and track them through to closure
• Utilise analytical tools to understand the anomalies or trends and find the root cause of the problem sometimes using SQL queries
• Validate reports created by the offshore team used in the vehicle campaigns
• Be cross-functional working with project quality, management and engineering teams to ensure early response and transparency to concerns

• Experience with Power tools like Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Automation, Power BI etc
• A relevant degree ie. Computer Science
• The ability to demonstrate and have practical experience in problem-solving tools and techniques
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Competency with PC applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft presentation
