Job description:

How will you support us? What impact will you have in this role?  


This role is working with Weber where you will engage with National merchants and Regional independents across the UK and Ireland who do not currently receive regular contact from the sales team. You will utilise an outbound contact programme to identify and qualify opportunities through quality business discussions.


In the role as a Graduate Account Support Executive you will;



  • Take a proactive approach to building relationships and engaging with customers who do not currently receive a pro-active contact or visit by the Sales team
  • Providing a dedicated point of contact and own the customer relationship
  • Following up marketing campaigns and ensuring customers are fully aware of new products, service offerings and sales promotions
  • Prepare and provide sales reports
  • To record, monitor and manage all company, contact, and actions within CRM on a daily basis
