My client is a gobal software solutions company . This role is within their industry leadins Public Sector division .

I have a role for a SNR proven Sales Executive to join my clients Public sector Business Development team. This is a key role within my clients sales team helping them to drive growth strategy within Local Authorities and central government. As a Snr sales executive you will be responsible for building out your own pipeline whilst working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing team to design a territory plan aligned to this market.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, market leading enterprise software team.

Achieve sales outcomes to agreed targets

Take ownership of and be responsible for an allocated sales target

Development of a new business pipeline within an agreed territory or objective

Maintain a record of activity within the company's CRM system

Present a polished and professional manner

Build strong influential relationships at all customer levels of seniority to "C" level Navigate the complexity of Public Sector procurement

Required Skills / Experiences

Consistent high performance against sales quotas driven by C-Level and VP level relationships at key customer contact

Experience using a consultative or advisory based sales approach in a complex enterprise sales environment

Must have experience selling into Public sector organisations in the

Proven new business BDM with at least 5 years’ experience selling into Public Sector Associations.

Ideally from a SaaS / Software / Technology background

Although primarily a 'hunter’ this person will be capable of account and relationship management.

Solution Selling / Consultative Selling Ability up to C-Level and beyond

Sound Public Sector framework sales knowledge and experience
