From 21st May Onwards - Temp to Perm

Morning Shift - £13.50ph & Evening Shift - £13.70ph

We are working with an industry leading distribution company based in Bedford, and we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Goods-In Warehouse Operatives. As a key member of the logistics team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and unloading incoming goods accurately and efficiently.
• Sorting, labelling, and storing items according to company standards.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily targets and deadlines.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and long periods of standing.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
