Global Learning & Development Coordinator
My client, a Global law firm, are seeking a Global Learning and Development Coordinator with specialist knowledge the Legal Sector to join their team.
This role can be based in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or London for the right candidate (and will be advertised in all locations for recruitment purposes).
The firm have an exciting strategy for the L&D function over the next few years and are recruiting a number of roles into the team.
The Global Learning and Development Coordinator role will involve working with the global L&D Team and play a key role in helping imbed the L&D strategy internationally and ensuring lawyers certificates are up to date.
Salary range £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience and location.
The key duties will include:
- Supporting L&D Managers and HR with ad hoc queries
- Support migration of process and activity on the internal HR system
- Work in collaboration with L&D Managers and support and implement and support the communication of the new international Lawyer Certification process
- Delivery and facilitation of learning or commucations
- Coordinate production and and publication of reports on a regular basis
The Global L&D Coordinator will need to possess experience in HR and ideally L&D with an understanding of the Legal Sector. They will also need to be a strong with stakeholder engagement and be able to influence where required. Experience of working in a Law Firm or similar Professional Service is required.
