Large global company based in Central London are looking for a German speaking Customer Services Advisor/Translator to join their team.
The Customer Care Representative will respond and resolve routine to moderately complex requests regarding Account Opening, product orders and general Customer Service inquiries.
- Executes transactions promptly and accurately and responds to customer requests and inquiries
- Basic fulfilment and account maintenance including order-entry, account opening, returns and commissions
- Understands and educates customers on policies and procedures as well as products and services
- Provides information and support for Marketing promotions
- Recognises service or product referral opportunities to educate members supporting the building of the business
- Resolves issues, gathers and provides information, always offering assistance and solutions
- Translations for Marketing purposes
The successful candidate must have one or more years of Customer Service experience either on the telephone or in person
Must be native German but with good English speaking skills
