Role: The aim of the Field Sales Agent to sell our clients range of products in the German market with the goal of securing new clients while engaging with the support of the resource team to generate revenue. Specific duties for the role include; acquiring and closing new business deals with large companies to develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of new customers. Within this the successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating fees with new clients, developing strategies to heighten customer interest and also managing the resource team to ensure they too are achieving company goals.
Skills: The Ideal candidate with possess at least 5 years’ experience in this field with notable experience in the acquisition and closing of sale deals in a Senior/Managerial role. Candidates need to possess a strong knowledge of Finance as well as the sales cycles of lead generation, sales opportunities etc. Also necessary for this position is fluency in both German and English, oral and written. Various other attributes necessary for this role include; a desire to work to targets, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as exceptional business and analytical skills.
