Geography Teacher

As a Geography Teacher, you are responsible for the day-to-day teaching and learning provision of secondary children in their class. You will receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders in the school to ensure that you are supported in all aspects of what you do.

Newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply.

As a Geography Teacher , you will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of secondary students, ensuring both academic progress and personal development
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments, homework assignments, and tests
• Be passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the curriculum

• Previous experience is desired but not essential

Requirements:

• A teaching qualification, QTS/PGCE
• An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online Update Service or be willing to process a new application
• Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential
