Job Title: Geography Teacher

About Us: Aspire People is a leading education recruitment agency dedicated to connecting talented educators with rewarding opportunities in schools across the UK. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography teacher to join a vibrant school community in Northamptonshire.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Geography lessons to students across Key Stages 3 & 4.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
- Utilise a range of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Provide timely feedback to students to support their progress and attainment.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent consultations, and school events as required.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or expected to graduate with QTS by September 2024.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
