A rare opportunity for a successful National Sales Manager, Sales Director or established Business Unit Manager / General Sales Manager / Managing Director from a medical technology (Medtech) product solutions background, within Respiratory medicine. This is a special opportunity to lead a very successful company and deliver double-digit annual sales growth, through solutions within both existing and new products.
BASIC SALARY: £80,000 to £100,000 (depending on experience and potential)
· Bonus up to £25,000 (paid annually)
· Fully expensed Company Car or Car Allowance Option
· 25 Days Annual Holiday

· Mobile Phone + Laptop etc.
LOCATION: This role requires UK & Ireland coverage, therefore it would be ideal to live within a close proximity to central England road networks
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Director / General Sales Manager - Medical Devices / MedTech / Respiratory medicine
A hands-on and partly field-based Sales Director / UK & Ireland General Sales Manager role with full accountability for P+L and Commercial / Engineering personnel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Director / General Sales Manager - Medical Devices / MedTech / Respiratory medicine
Based both from the office and remotely, you will drive profitable double-digit annual growth of the UK & Ireland business.
Main accountabilities to include:
· Taking ownership for the achievement of the annual sales growth plan.
· Oversee leadership of the personnel, including Team Managers, Account Managers, Clinical Applications, Engineers, Administration & Distributors.
· Driving both the strategy and execution, while mapping out the mechanics of each hospital & customer, in order to target high-margin business.
· Maintaining commercial, clinical and technical relationships with existing KOLs and customers, whilst developing sales with the introduction of new customers and products.
· Leading from the front in the sales process, including dual-customer visits and the tendering process.
· Extensive travel, both in the UK and occasionally abroad.
· Communicate credibly and proactively at all levels, including C-suite.

We are seeking to attract capable and solid National Sales Managers / Sales Directors / General Sales Managers / Managing Directors, from technology-led medical devices / medical equipment product solutions backgrounds. You will already have a credible background within respiratory medicine and be seeking to advance your career.
