General Operative

Location: Soham, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Tuesday-Wednesday 04:00-16:00 & Monday, Thursday & Friday 08:00-16:00

Hourly Rate starts at: £12 Per Hour + Holiday Pay

Duration: Temporary

We are looking for multiple General Operatives to join our client on a temporary basis in preparation for the upcoming shooting season. Hours will vary each week depending on workload however Tuesday & Wednesday will be 04:00-16:00 guaranteed. You are required to arrive 15 minutes before your shift to shower on site prior to beginning work due to the nature of the role.

What you will be doing:

• Packing live produce ready for despatch.
• Sorting through livestock.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Washing down lorries
• Working at a fast pace
• To ensure good working practices are followed

What you need:

• Physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved.
• To be able to listen and take instructions.
• Previous experience working with live produce is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong Organisation skills.
• Happy with housekeeping duties
