Teignmouth Golf Club is regarded as one of the best in the South West with a top-quality course and a recently refurbished clubhouse with stunning views. It is very successful and has over 900 members and attracts around 5,000 visitors each year.
The key responsibility for the General Manager's Assistant is to provide office administration support and membership services, including dealing with member queries, applications from new members, invoicing and payments. The role also includes reconciliation and banking of green fee, bar and catering revenues.
The successful candidate will: have significant, relevant experience; be very organised; have good IT skills; be numerate; and enjoy providing high levels of customer service.
This a permanent, part-time role for 21 hours per week, usually worked over 3 days. You will be based in the clubhouse office at the golf club. You will report to the General Manager and work in conjunction with the General Manager's Assistant (Finance).
