Location- Somerset

Basic Salary £30k-35k

The Client a UK based Manufacturer and Supplier of high-end Mobility Scooter and Wheelchair Accessories. Established for over 30 years.

The Job
Working out of the Chard fabric Manufacturing warehouse you will responsible for managing the team and process. Managing a small team which includes Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, Bookkeeper, 4 Sewing Machinists, Fabric designer and a Packer. Ensuring the team is working effectively and understand their role in the business. Working with the Director to play an important part as the company looks to grow and upscale. Reporting directly to the company Director and also dealing with complaints or issues. Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business. Taking ownership of customer and client enquiries and delegating to your team. Working Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

The Ideal Candidate
Previous Manufacturing Management experience is highly advantageous although other management backgrounds will be considered. Must live within a commutable distance to Chard in Somerset.

The Salary
Base Salary of £30k to £35k negotiable, Pension, 28 Days Holiday, Salary increases based on company performance.
