Cpl Life Sciences Executive Search is partnered with a Global Biotechnology company with an expanding pipeline of Oncology treatments on the search for a General Manager in the Netherlands.

The Biotechnology company are expanding across the EU and the General Manager will play a vital role in representing the company, designing and executing the country strategy, achieving revenue targets and ultimately giving patients access to their portfolio.

We are looking to speak with commercial leaders with an ability to lead cross-functional teams at General Manager level, working closely with European and Global colleagues to devise and implement country strategy.

You will oversee the commercial, and medical teams with overall leadership of business operations to build the organisation.

Requirements

·       A senior commercial executive with a background in General Management, sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry

·       Knowledge and senior leadership experience within the Netherlands

·       Track record in developing and leading multi-functional teams

·       Experience within specialty disease areas such as Oncology and haematology
