General Builder Multi Trade

Fusion People are actively recruiting for leading Construction and Property services client based in Swindon who are recruiting for an experienced General Building / Multi Trade to work on their Property Services and Special Projects side of the business.

An exciting position has opened up working for a client who are looking to add to their experienced team of General Building Multi Trades colleagues who undertake refurbishment and maintenance for industry leading and public sector clients based out of their Swindon office.

This role has scope for extensive promotions within the business and opportunities to work for some of our industries most desired clients around the South of England.

We Require:

Time Served with general knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, brickwork, plastering, drainage, groundworks ect.

Basic or extensive knowledge within general building or multiple trades.

Basic own tools.

Previous Foreman/Supervisory experience would be a great asset.

The desire to take pride in your work to a top quality and appearance.

Ability to work on your own and within a team.

Have a full UK driving license.

Benefits:

Permanent basic salaries ranging between £32,000 to £42,000 per annum based on experience.

40 hours per week with optional overtime and paid travel.

Company vehicle and fuel card from start date

Can be based in other parts of the South West closer to Swindon
