General Administration Assistant

A successful IFA firm are looking to recruit an experienced General Administrator to offer support to a small office based in Lockington (close to Junction 24 of theM1).

Working directly with Financial Planning Consultants and their Technical Support team to deliver a first class service to our clients, the principal duties of this role will include:

Reconciling bank account and applying commission to system

Preparing paperwork to send to book keeper each month

Producing management information reports

Paying all bills and issuing invoices to our corporate clients

PA duties to the Directors

Keeping all office supplies updated

Chasing information from providers for the paraplanners

Assisting with compliance administration

Successful applicants will need to be able to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner and be a good team worker.

To be considered for this position, applicants will need to have:

- A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- Excellent numerical skills

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Professional telephone manner

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Due to the nature of the business, any successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check.
