Role: Game System Designer

Location: Germany

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

I am lucky enough to be working with a well-known, market leading F2P Games developer, who are expanding their team and as such are now looking for a Game System Designer to join them. Your role here would be to shape gaming concepts into complex models, covering balance, economy and game pace, from initial inception, through to the finished article.

The role is remote within Germany, but please note that you will need to have the right to work in the EU to apply successfully for this role.

Game System Designer Specification:

- From initial conception to launch, you will define the game specifications with monetization, and playability testing to maximize the player retention.

- You will be responsible for the quality of game systems, including the changes to current game designs and monetization by conducting in depth analysis.

- Provide clear and well documented Game Economy Documentation including wireframes, analysis, and calculations.

- Design and map out game progression from a system and monetization perspective.
