Role: Game Economy Designer

Location: Germany

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

I am lucky enough to be working with a well-known, market leading F2P Games developer, who are expanding their team and as such are now looking for a Game Economy Designer to join them. Your role here would be to ensure the balance between the enjoyment factor for the players, along with the sustainable business growth.

The role is remote within Germany, but please note that you will need to have the right to work in the EU to apply successfully for this role.

Game Economy Designer Specification:

- Design the game progression, considering both the systems and monetization perspective.

- Own the Game Monetization, by balancing game systems, purchased and incentivized game goods, and managing the overall game goods.

- Provide clear and well documented Game Economy Documentation including wireframes, analysis, and calculations.

- Work closely with Game Designers for maximum effect when it comes to player behaviour.
