Job Title: Luxury FFA Warehouse & White Glove Operative

Working Hours and Salary:

  • 5 hours a week, reflecting a commitment to work-life balance.
  • Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 annually, inclusive of £25 per hour for overtime, recognizing your dedication beyond regular hours.

Location: Egham (Central London assignments)

Job Summary: Elevate your career as a Luxury FFA Warehouse & White Glove Operative based in Egham, catering to the sophisticated demands of Central London's upscale residential and commercial properties. Your role includes the meticulous hanging of art and mirrors, as well as the expert assembly and disassembly of luxury furniture.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Luxury Property Operations: Manage warehouse and white glove duties in Egham and Central London, ensuring the seamless execution of operations.
  • Art and Mirror Installation: Skillfully hang art and mirrors with precision, adding an artistic touch to elite spaces.
  • Furniture Assembly and Disassembly: Proficiently assemble and disassemble luxury furniture, showcasing your expertise in the field.
  • Stock Management: Accurately book in, store, and allocate locations for incoming luxury items, maintaining an organized inventory.
  • Pick & Pack Operations: Handle high-end goods with care, ensuring correct picking and packing suitable for transportation.
  • Vehicle Handling: Load/unload vehicles with precision, maintaining high standards and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Uphold a clean and secure luxury warehouse environment, reflecting the sophistication of the stored items.
  • Versatile Assistance: Adapt to various roles within the luxury warehouse as needed, showcasing your flexibility and dedication.
  • Stock Location: Organize and locate luxury items within the warehouse, facilitating efficient retrieval.
  • Driving Responsibilities: Conduct local deliveries/collections with care and professionalism, contributing to an elite service.
  • Documentation: Accurately document arrivals, complete slips, and input data into the WHMS, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
  • Client Interaction: Foster positive client relationships during warehouse visits, embodying the service excellence expected in luxury spaces.
  • Specialized Roles: Serve as a driver for White Glove clients and contribute as a furniture fitter, showcasing your versatility.
  • Flexibility: Adjust working hours flexibly to meet luxury property logistics demands, maintaining a commitment to excellence.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed damage reports and job sign-off reports with documentation, contributing to a transparent workflow.
  • Removals: Pack luxury furniture with precision for safe transport, preventing any damage to high-end items.
