Experienced Furniture Fitter required for a small furniture and joinery workshop in Stokenchurch (High Wycombe)
The company is looking for an individual who can play a big part in their success. To help with their small fit-out projects that
include desking, meeting tables, credenzas, wall panels and all sorts of ancillary pieces.
They have recently opened their own workshop in Stokenchurch, where they build some of their own furniture, which they
design ourselves via their design studio in London.
The person they employ will have the opportunity to help with such designs and play a significant part in the way they
develop their furniture portfolio.
The successful applicant must be:
- Comfortable working as part of a team or on own initiative.
- Able to assist in the manufacture of bespoke joinery products from drawings and specifications.
- To have some experience in the use of relevant machinery including table saws and routers.
- Able to use hand tools, associated machinery and power tools.
- 3 years’ experience furniture fitting is an absolute minimum.

The location will be predominantly based in Stokenchurch, but travel to London or to their client sites will be necessary for 2-3 days per week. Mileage to site will be paid at 28pence pm, when more than your standard journey to work.
Ideally, you should live close to either the M4 or M40 motorways for easy access to any necessary location.
The working hours are 8am-5:30pm (applies to both site work and workshop). Work on weekends may be required
and will be paid accordingly, pro-rata.

The starting salary will be £26k per annum plus weekend working rising to £31k-£36k. With the expected
