Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion Financials

As a specialist provider of resource to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social consultancy offering you the opportunity to make a difference and take responsibility as part of a digital transformation programme. This is an initial four-month contract offered outside of IR35.

The team you'll be leading resolve support issues in Oracle Fusion, assisting the business on new projects & deliverables, implementation & configuration, whilst maintaining the integrity of financial information. You will oversee incident, change, and problem management, ensuring efficient resolution and minimal impact on business operations; Lead a team of skilled Oracle Consultants and provide guidance and mentorship; Prioritise workloads for the team; Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion issues; Manage integrations, overseeing multiple ledgers and sub ledgers; Facilitating period-end; UAT & Training.

Must Have

• You will have experience of at least one full Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation.
• Experience acting in a Functional/Application/Implementation Consultancy capacity.
• Team leading, mentoring, and workload prioritization experience.
• Functional knowledge of AP & Expenses, AR, Fixed Assets, R2R, Cash Management.
• Understanding and experience in Configurations/Customisations, Extensions, Modifications, Localisations, Interfaces (CEMLIs).
• Troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues.
• Delivery and demonstrable experience in supporting the planning, scripting, and execution of User Acceptance Testing.

• Functional experience of Tax, Risk Management & Supplier Portal
• Delivery of large and small change within a large organisation using change management processes and procedures
• Proven experience of change control management
• Proven experience of release management
