Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant experience with Cloud Financials? Do you have the experience required to lead a team of Functional Consultants? Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Lead Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to provide expertise and influence on the implementation of Cloud Financials. As a specialist provider of resource to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social consultancy offering you the opportunity to make a difference and take responsibility as part of a digital transformation programme. This is an initial four-month contract offered outside of IR35.

The team you'll be leading resolve support issues in Oracle Fusion, assisting the business on new projects & deliverables, implementation & configuration, whilst maintaining the integrity of financial information. You will oversee incident, change, and problem management, ensuring efficient resolution and minimal impact on business operations; Lead a team of skilled Oracle Consultants and provide guidance and mentorship; Prioritise workloads for the team; Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion issues; Manage integrations, overseeing multiple ledgers and sub ledgers; Facilitating period-end; UAT & Training.

Must Have

  • You will have experience of at least one full Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation.
  • Experience acting in a Functional/Application/Implementation Consultancy capacity.
  • Team leading, mentoring, and workload prioritization experience.
  • Functional knowledge of AP & Expenses, AR, Fixed Assets, R2R, Cash Management.
  • Understanding and experience in Configurations/Customisations, Extensions, Modifications, Localisations, Interfaces (CEMLIs).
  • Troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues.
  • Delivery and demonstrable experience in supporting the planning, scripting, and execution of User Acceptance Testing.

Nice to Have / Will Strengthen Application

  • Functional experience of Tax, Risk Management & Supplier Portal
  • Delivery of large and small change within a large organisation using change management processes and procedures
  • Proven experience of change control management
  • Proven experience of release management

This is an exciting opportunity to help influence a transformation programme and the continuous development of an organisation as part of a new function to drive new levels of customer satisfaction. In doing so you will receive a 4 month+ day rate contract, that can be offered inside or outside of IR35 depending on your circumstances.
