Are you passionate about education and fluent in Welsh? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a Welsh-speaking Secondary School in Caerphilly. This exciting opportunity requires someone who is flexible, adept at building relationships, and capable of travelling between two sites located just 15 minutes apart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons as directed by the teaching staff
• Manage behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment
• Support students with their learning and engagement
• Liaise with teaching staff and senior leadership as necessary

Requirements:

• Fluent Welsh speaker
• Hold a valid UK driving license
• Willingness to travel between both sites during the working day
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and staff

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience working in a team environment
• Coaching experience
• Background in a school environment
