Full Stack Software Developer
R13 Recruitment are supporting a startup software company who are experiencing a period of growth, presenting a brand new job opportunity newly available for a Software Developer to join a small but established team - specialising in providing software solutions in the finance sector.
F/T (although for the right individual and technical skill set) may consider P/T hours. Salary offered is up to £40K depending on experience. Flexible/hybrid working environment, with the expectation of 2 days per week working in the office.
The day to day
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications built in the .NET framework.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by users and provide timely resolutions.
- Remain familiar with new technologies and trends to continuously improve software development practices.
You will have/be
- Problem solving skills are essential, with the willingness to learn all aspects of deployment and delivery and to get involved with testing, bug-fixing and client specifications
- Experience with SQL Server (essential)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Strong knowledge of .NET framework, VB.NET (essential), and ASP.NET
- Strong knowledge of front end web development such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn
