THE FULL STACK ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:

• Craft, assess, and champion resilient, sustainable code with scalability as a priority.
• Assume a central role in shaping software architecture throughout all layers.
• Collaborate in paired programming sessions to elevate the skills of colleagues.
• Recognise skill deficiencies and contribute to team development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, UX, regulatory, and other departments to address challenges.
• Demonstrate proactive leadership and navigate uncertainty to accomplish objectives effectively.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Over 5 years of hands-on industry experience specialising in software development.
• Extensive familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle and adept at collaborating with various team roles.
• Proficient in software engineering, possessing advanced knowledge in software architecture, design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating fluency in both written and verbal English.
• Self-driven and committed to investing extended hours towards contributing to business growth.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Proficient in collaborating within Agile teams.
• Skilled in mobile app development, with a preference for Swift.
• Possesses a solid foundation in mathematics.
