THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit multiple Front of House staff for our client based in Gateshead.

They are a family ran gastro-pub business with a fantastic reputation and award winning cuisine. They are a house-hold name within their industry and have a chain of restaurants across the country. They are growing rapidly which has meant a need has arisen for these roles.


THE ROLE

  • Take orders, bring food, and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Follow sanitation regulations.
  • Wait on customers in a timely fashion.
  • Serve beverages and food to customers.
  • Hands on work involving moderate physical activity in a confined space.
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff for orders and balancing out orders with wait staff based on number of customers.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers.


THE PERSON

  • You will be physically fit, and have the ability to lift and handle various trays of food and drink.
  • Experience packing in a manufacturing environment
  • Flexible to undertake additional duties such as cash handling and bar work.
  • Flexible with shift times.
