My client is looking for a positive, pro-active Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors, meeting room guests and serviced office clients visiting their offices. The successful candidate will operate a busy Front of House Reception, providing a polished corporate service with aptitude and a smile.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting of clients, suppliers and visitors
  • Liaison for couriers and contractors in times of annual leave cover.
  • Ensuring all guests sign in and out of the building
  • Ensuring unwanted visitors leave the premises in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the Mail Team for the successful provision of a mail collection service
  • Opening and closing of the building, where applicable
  • Assist management with building operations.
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Ordering and delivery of refreshments to meeting room clients
  • Hosting meeting room guests ensuring they are settled and troubleshoot any technology-related issues.

Experience required

  • Experience in a Front of House Reception role in a corporate environment.

Working hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

8:00 - 5:00 or 9:00 - 6:00 (shift basis)
