Front Of House Receptionist

Our client, a leading law firm based within the City of London, are looking to recruit a Front of House Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have experience within a corporate environment and will have a strong understanding of the importance of customer service. This is a great opportunity for an experience receptionist to join a growing team within a global company. Please do not apply unless working hours are suitable.

Day to day duties:

  • Meet and greet clients accordingly offering a high level of customer service, polite and helpful 
  • Answer and direct all incoming telephone queries 
  • Book accommodation / travel 
  • Place food service orders 
  • Prepare meeting rooms and follow up after meetings to ensure that conference rooms are cleared
  • Perform additional administrative tasks advised by Facilities Manager 
  • Data input - update spreadsheets accordingly with relative information 
  • Organise conferences/ events 

Working Hours

The candidate will be required to work Monday - Friday - 12:00 - 20:00 


Up to £30,000 PA depending on experience 

Candidate requirements 

  • A good understanding of customer service
  • Experience of working within a corporate environment
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Be punctual and professional 
  • Strong Word MS Skills
