My client, a stunningly located award winning, luxury lodge and restaurant operation based in between Looe and Lostwithiel are looking for an experienced Front house /Restaurant Coordinator to join the team with immediate effect.
This role is for a three month temp contract, it may go on for a longer period, it is an immediate start.
They are looking for someone to help run the restaurant and reception department which will include bookings, audits,and 3rd party booking channels operations and work alongside the General Manager in training, developing and bringing the team forward within this busy operation.
You will make sure that standards are kept exceptionally high at all times; ensuring that your staff are fully aware of the expected high standards of customer service. You will also train and develop your team and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
They are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a luxury accommodation operations/hospitality, ideally at least 3-5 years experience.
Own transport is essential due to the location.
The position is paying an excellent hourly rate of £11.00 per hour, working through the agency and you will be paid weekly, it is an immediate start for the right candidate.
The shifts each week are 4 days on and three off- usually Monday 11am-10pm, Thursday 1pm-10pm, Friday 11am-10pm and Saturday 1pm-10pm, with Monday, Tuesday and Sundays off.
