Front of House Assistants

CONTRACT/HOURS: Full-time perm and Part time/Flexible - Applicants MUST be available to work evenings & weekends.

LOCATION: Daytona Sandown Park, More Lane, Esher KT10

SALARY: Competitive


Our client Daytona Sandown Park is currently looking for friendly, confident, enthusiastic & reliable Front of House staff to join their fun and busy team.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting & greeting customers promptly upon arrival
  • Provide friendly and first-class customer service
  • Sign in drivers to their scheduled events, issuing race uniform and assisting with any other requirements
  • Upsell and cross-sell Race events and merchandise to ensure that sales and individual targets are met
  • Manage phone, email and face-to-face enquiries effectively
  • Ensure all Front of House and customer facing areas are always maintained and well presented

Provide administrative support to the Venue Management team


SKILLS AND ESSENTIALS

  • The candidate must be professional, reliable & confident when liaising with customers
  • Have the drive and commitment to be successful to further develop their skills
  • Have excellent communication, people and team working skills
  • Have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst working
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends

Experience within a customer facing role is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate as full training will be provided. A full job description is available on request.
