The Company:

Main duties:
To Manage & Develop a team of Telesales Executives towards proactively responding to clients' queries via email or phone

The Role:
- Manage a team of telesales Executives towards achieving KPIs
- Responsible for customer’s database
- Support on major Customer European Key Accounts
- Ensure that all complaints or queries are dealt with professionally & in a timely manner
- Maintain an excellent service to keep customers/team happy
- Present and negotiate with all levels within the organisation
- Manage across a multi-channel pipeline to ensure new sales objective are achieved
- Recommend new ideas to increase sales
- Coach and train team of telesales Executives
- General administration duties

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (Written & spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience leading a phone-based customer service team - Essential
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task
- Coaching and team member development
- Proactive leader who inspires others to achieve
- Efficient in planning and delegation of resource
- Ability to plan and execute but be flexible in approach
- Leadership / Team building skills
- Customer service focus, Team player, Excel in building working relationships
- Computer literate (excel / outlook…)

Salary: up to 40,000 OTE + Benefits
