French Speaking Junior Sales Support/Administrator
Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Office Angels London Bridge has a great new position for a friendly and enthusiastic French speaking Administrator to join an international Design brand based close to the Blackfriars area.
My client is looking for a driven Sales Support Administrator to support the companies European sales team.
It is essential that all application can speak and understand the French language.
Duties of the role:
- Process orders for agents, customers and distributors
- Answer calls and emails
- Answer and customer enquiries
- Liaise between the Sales agents and Sales Manager
- Liaise with the UK warehouse
- Issue invoices and purchase orders and reconciling payments
- After sales support
- Back office admin support
Requirements for the role:
- Excellent Customer Service
- French speaking
- Some experience within Sales support is beneficial
- Excellent written and Communication skills
- Great organisation and prioritisation skills
- Someone that would be interested in going into a Sales position in the future
