Are you a passionate and enthusiastic educator with a specialisation in Modern Foreign Languages (MFL), seeking an exciting opportunity in Gloucester? This ongoing role, commencing after Easter, invites applications from both qualified MFL teachers and those without Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who may be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor or Instructor.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver dynamic lessons in French and Spanish up to GCSE Level, fostering student engagement and active participation.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Tailor lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities within the class.
• Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the MFL department and school initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications preferred for MFL Teacher role.
• Specialisation or experience in teaching French and Spanish.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
• Passion for languages and the ability to inspire students in their language learning journey.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
