My client delivers cargo across a global network via road, rail, sea, and air. From loose cartons for consolidation and palletised cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities, they have the experience, the infrastructure, and the global network to get freight moving - across towns, across countries and across continents.

Responsibilities:

· Central Coordination: Act as the central point of coordination for all EMEA transactions for Key Accounts. Ensure smooth and transparent movement of goods within specified timelines and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

· Global Liaison: Collaborate with UK, Regional, and Global partners to facilitate transparent and efficient transactions. Foster strong relationships to ensure a seamless logistics process for our clients.

· Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations for clients, especially for transactions falling outside of Global pricing. Handle this process professionally and expediently to meet client expectations.

· Transportation Arrangement: Arrange transportation for goods and act as a conduit for movements within the EMEA region. Coordinate with various transportation modes, including Deep Sea, Air, and Road, for both inbound and outbound logistics.

· Customer Intake Optimisation: Liaise with customers to optimize their intake schedules, contributing to the efficient production of finished goods. Maintain open communication to address customer needs and expectations.

· Customs Formalities: Collaborate with the UK Customs team to ensure the smooth execution of Customs formalities. Stay updated on customs regulations and requirements within the EMEA region.

Role Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Operations Role or Major Accounts, Service Delivery, with a stable work history record.

· Operational Knowledge: In-depth operational knowledge, including Deep Sea, Air, and Road movements (inbound and outbound).

· Solution-Oriented: Proven track record of a solution-based approach to problem-solving.

· Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to meet and exceed client expectations.

· Team Collaboration: Ability to contribute effectively as a team player and work independently with initiative.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in CargoWise 1 and Microsoft Office skills (intermediate+).
