Import/Export Coordinator – Portsmouth

The successful candidate will join our Operations Team, they would be required to handle both import and export shipments via sea, air, and road. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling either import or export shipments. Customs clearance experience is not essential, training can be given by the senior members of our team.

The candidate should display excellent attention to detail, good customer service and communication skills and be happy to work to tight deadlines.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in general freight forwarding in both imports and exports, handling shipments from pick-up to delivery.
• Good communication skills.
• Keen & can-do attitude.

Preferable but not essential:

• Experience of completing customs clearances.
• Familiar with Boxtop and Descartes.
• Familiar with and able to use CNS/Destin8.
