This Iconic Entertainment group is a household name and leader in its field operating across the globe and continuing to experience growth and development in their international and domestic markets.
They are now looking for an FP&A Analyst. As part of the Global FP&A team you will be involved in the review and analysis of the financial performance of the operating companies and preparation of key financial monthly reports.
oKey member of a team involved in the review and analysis of the financial performance of the operating companies, as well as the preparation of key monthly financial reports.
oPreparation of Board presentations and other adhoc reviews.
oResponsibility for the review and analysis of a group of territories and point of reference for Global Finance Team in all financial operating matters relating to them.
oPreparation and analysis of monthly financial reports produced by the FP&A team including those on specific revenue, income statement and cashflow segments.
oEnsuring adherence to company accounting policies and relevant IAS requirements and disclosures.
oDetailed variance investigations upon the monthly actual and forecast results compared to budget upon not only income statement but also cash-flow on both a group, divisional and operating company level.
oProvide additional off-cycle support to Global Finance Director and Global Finance Manager.
oDevelopment and maintenance of KPIs.
oACA Qualified (straight from practice or 2nd time mover)
oExperience of financial analysis (especially of revenues and costs across a multinational group) would be helpful.
oStrong academic background; university graduate or equivalent
oExcellent analytical skills and experience building excel spreadsheets up to macro level.
oAbility to communicate effectively, verbally and in written form. In addition must be able to explain/present results (especially financial) in a clear, accurate and concise form.
oTeam player with strong work ethic.
oStrong interpersonal skills necessary to develop strong relationships with colleagues from the different territories
oDetail oriented, but ability to see the big picture.
oFlexible with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
oAbility to manage own workload in a pressurised environment and work to tight deadlines.
