Forklift Driver

We are currently looking for an experienced forklift driver to start as soon as possible for an ongoing position based in Sidcup.

Excellent Pay rate; £12.97 then moving to £14.41 per hour after 12 weeks.

Shifts are 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00 and we can offer up to 48 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• MUST have FLT licence for 1 year + (in-house license is also accepted, but should be in date)

Duties:

• Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards at all times
• Operating a Forklift truck (Full training provided)
• Moving goods around the warehouse using SAP (via the vehicle mount unit)
• Remove new production stock from production conveyors
• Store the pallets in the Warehouse
• Unload vehicles delivering full goods into the warehouse
• Load outbound vehicles to dispatch to customers and other company sites
• Some manual handling may be required to rebuild damaged pallets
• Achieve productivity targets

Almost all permanent FLT drivers are recruited from the agency staffing pool and so therefore there is always an opportunity of going from temp to perm.
