We are looking for an experienced Food Technology Teacher to join our team in Knowsley. The role is to start as soon as possible and will continue be an ongoing position.

As a Food Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in food technology to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Your duties will include:

Planning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum and school guidelines.

Assessing students' progress and providing feedback to both students and parents.

Developing and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment in the classroom.

Ensuring that all equipment and resources are used safely and appropriately.

Collaborating with other teachers and support staff to deliver a comprehensive and effective education.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A recognised teaching qualification and experience teaching food technology to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

A strong knowledge of the national curriculum and experience delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

The pay rate for this role is up to £189.50 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
